That is too funny- I guessed right. When I first saw your avatar, I wondered "Is that the edge of Medusa's snake-hair?" I have no idea why that came to mind first, as it usually wouldn't and it's the first time I've seen Medusa tattooed on someone. But sometimes I have flashes of inspiration like that. LOL

Nifty tattoo. I love tattoos; the stories behind them and how people intermingle the body, art, and their thoughts and feelings with symbols. If I could ever get out of corporate-land, I'd get significantly more myself. Currently I have plans for a couple more, but then I will sort of run out of space on my back (the one I do have is rather big and the second one I have planned are wings that would cover most of the rest) and I haven't committed to permanently wearing long sleeves at this point.

Nice tat Tat's are a good way to mark events of importance in one's life, also a way of listing your personal achievements I'll have to put my 17 tattoos up here one day lol... Anyway, welcome to CR.

Haha. Not even close! Mom is Mexican and German ancestry. Father is Mexican with Spanish. So 100% Latina! Viva!

I missed the tatoo, would've never guessed anyway. (I can't view your other pics from my computer, restrictions on file size, bummer.) At least now I know why you remind me of someone else. She is 100% Latina too, except she had a little French instead of German.

It does make me curious...how you came to your chosen path? The Latinos / Latinas I have had the pleasure of their acquaintance are overwhelmingly Catholic, and those few that are not are still very Christian. And very superstitious when it comes to matters of "Satan," ghosts, spirits and such.

I always admired how closely knit their families are.
