Re: To be, or not to be?
The suprise of a candle lit bath for you beLoved... That is fun
helping others stand, giving homeless a hot drink something to eat, do insanely stupid things for a good cause is fun! Calling a Loved one that is far away just for a chat and to let them know how much you care, a walk in the wild, the woods seeing wateralls taking in a deep old breath of that fine air and listen to the birds singing all in harmony yet in chaos, and it seems organised for your ears, a picnic is always good although the dogs get a handful, that is all in fun, and all stems from Love, if you can't Love yourself, your life and those that are within it... Can't have that much good wholesome fun, just a thought... |

But as well as that . . . we have Disneyland, television, ice cream, chocolate, pop corn, minds that can create and imagine things, and that take us to wonderful as well as horrifying places when we're sleeping. These fantasies are good enough to be our afterlife if we believe in them or wish hard for them to come true, or at least have the right hearts or minds to deserve them, or to be pitied to have them. Sweet dreams. Good night. Pray hard that you wake up the next day. Stay alive. ![]() Some last bit of advice: Don't worry about being loved or having friends. Worry that you can love and be a friend. Try to be a legendary friend. Otherwise you're as good as dead. You don't want to be undead. You want to be alive to the world. |

Re: To be, or not to be?
Some say it was Krishna Who came to save and please us. Some think it was Buddha, Yet others that it was Jesus. Some say the Laws of Conduct, To Moses God had said. Some that God had spoken But to Prophet Mohammed. Like the frog which was certain That its pond was all the sea, Every one is slightly right As far as he does see. Our sun is surely brilliant: None can this deny. But does it make much sense to say There's naught else in the sky? If religious frogs just jump out Into the big, big sea, They'll know there's much more To religious ecstasy! Religions are volcanoes: Powerful sure they are. But they come from a deeper Source That's grander, oh by far. grand religion - v. v. raman |

Re: To be, or not to be?
I think this is the first time I noticed. Those weird shapes in your avatar spell the word Love. Before that, I could only see weird shapes. I thought it was sign language or some weird hand signals.
It took me a while to figure out because of what I didn't see straight away..... I suppose that's a bit like religion: what you see, what you don't see....what you know, what you don't know....what you perceive, what you don't perceive....what you've figured out, what you haven't figured out yet. Human perception and understanding....it's not only limited, it's subjective. To be or not to be.... |
