The Dog Days
The Dog Days
By Bobby Neal Winters During a walk with my wife earlier this year, I’d mentioned that when I was young, I only liked spring, and during each of the other seasons I spent my time grieving the fact it wasn’t spring. In spring, I had dreaded the coming of summer and the end of spring. But now, I told her, I’ve learned to enjoy each season for the gifts it brings us. I had forgotten about the Dog Days. http://morningsun.net/stories/080205...50802006.shtml Last edited by okieinexile : 08-02-2005 at 02:13 PM. |
