The third document from the U.S. Department of Justice also states U.S. Attorney General's Office has no authority to defend IRS agents in a civil or criminal matter. The last document from IRS Director of Customer Service Center contradicts the Congress man, Dept. of Treasury and the Dept. of Justice.

the argument is it also says no direct taxes, and taxes shall be apportioned.

ie all taxes should be able to be avoided by self sufficient individuals...whiskey tax, don't drink or buy liquor....road tax, don't use them...land tax, don't own it


It all had to do with freedom...income taxes were never thought of and out of the question...we were to have the right to earn and live...they'd charge us for expenditures on frivolous items...

hence the reason it had to be amended by #16 and the number of tries it took...

I dont know what representation is....people I vote for have never been in power. But I do know if I lived there I'd hide my assets then refuse to pay.
