Spiritual Journey

I have been doing yoga for 8 years and believe that it has helped to profoundly changed my life, for the better and allowed me to open up and become aware of my own sense of Spirituality.

I am working on a programme for Channel 4 about spirituality and would very much like to speak to anyone who is starting out on their spiritual journey, via yoga or religion, or any other means.

Starting out? It's possibly a facetious thing to say, but everyday is a start, no matter how long your journey has been.

Feel free to ask any questions you may have - but please do note that I have to protect the privacy of all members here and cannot provide personal details on anyone - if you need to speak to any members directly, you will have to approach them yourself.

Conversely, it is also worth stating that nobody should provide personal contact information lightly.
