For all the things that were written aforetime were written for our instruction, that through our endurance and through the comfort from the Scriptures we might have hope romans 15;4 yes ,what a wonderful hope the bible holds out to those who take in its words and act on them. This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ........John 17;3 The bible is the place to do that . and it leads to everlasting life ........ And it is a wonderful hope indeed . But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth,
And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace. psalm 37;11 (Isaiah 45:18) For this is what Jehovah has said, the Creator of the heavens, He the [true] God, the Former of the earth and the Maker of it, He the One who firmly established it, who did not create it simply for nothing, who formed it even to be inhabited: “I am Jehovah, and there is no one else.

(Matthew 5:5) “Happy are the mild-tempered ones, since they will inherit the earth.

(Revelation 21:3) With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his peoples. And God himself will be with them.

Re: smoking

I started taking Chantix to stop smoking. I carried the prescription around in my wallet for six months before finally getting it filled today. I have several friends and family members who've quit successfully with Chantix so I'm hoping it will work for me. One of the side effects is supposed to be an increase in vivid dreams. I'm looking forward to that!

Re: smoking

let us know how that works, chris. that sounds a bit freaky. (the dreams i mean). when i quit i just threw my packet in the bin . i still crave a smoke every now and then, especially if im with someone who is smoking but i dont know how i could afford to smoke now. the packets here are about 12 to 15dollars. ( i think). when i smoked they were just going up to 6 dollars and i thought that was way too much. lol

Re: smoking

i would just like add that i quit because i was sick at the time and it wasnt hard for me to do it. I had tried over the years to unsucessfully quit but this time just have been the right time......... surprisingly easy. I wont lecture anyone about the "evils" of smoking........ everyone knows that it can give you cancer........its not surprising.........smokers will make up their own minds............just like i did. they either will smoke or not...........
