Secular Countries v. Sanctioned Religion

Secular Countries v. Sanctioned Religion.

How does one feel about countries that dictate religion or no religion?

I know at times communist countries have attempet to enforce athiesm.

And we have some countries in the middle east where Islam is law.

The US has the perverbial separation (yes we know it is conjecture) but is very God based and largely christian in formation...(exactly why so many masons were involved and what that means is another story)

So what does it mean to all of us, political states dictating religion? Or freedom of religion?

Re: Secular Countries v. Sanctioned Religion

The UK has an interesting position in being traditionally Christian, yet traditionally liberal with its approach to religion.
