Re: Nations.....

It is interesting, fun and just perfect for those who want to play a game but have little time!!

Heres how my nation is getting on:

The Constitutional Monarchy of Equuilibrium is a small, environmentally stunning nation, renowned for its strong anti-business politics. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 18 million are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.
The government -- a sprawling, bureaucracy-choked, socially-minded morass -- juggles the competing demands of Social Welfare, Education, and Healthcare. The average income tax rate is 46%, but much higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Basket Weaving.
Meat-eating is frowned upon, the horse is a protected species, scientists regularly clone human beings for research purposes, and marijuana is legal in the privacy of your own home. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown. Equuilibrium's national animal is the horse, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the goat.
Equuilibrium is ranked 20th in the region and 11,561st in the world for Highest Unemployment Rates.

Re: Nations.....

Unfortunately you cant join a Nation. But you can join a region after creating your own nation. I joined a region called Equilism but they dont seem to do much. This is most definitely NOT a fast paced game

The link to create your own nation is:

Jennifer Government: NationStates

Tao

Edit: Would be cool to get a CR "region" tho and see how we do.

If you do partake in the game to join the RevoltLand region of the world!

To join Revoltland, please perform the following actions:

1. click on the "World" icon at the left of your screen.
2. search for the region ‘Revoltland’
3. Click on "move my nation to Revoltland today!"
I've just been voted the Regional UN Delegate of Revoltland! (I think because 17th voted me).

Now we get to write our own description of the Region and set ground rules. Any thoughts 17th?

We also now have the power to Password protect the region and throw out trouble-makers!

He may have....but I sure didn't...from wiki
Quote:
The King is dead. Long live the King![1] is a traditional proclamation made following the accession of a new monarch in various European and North American countries, particularly in the United Kingdom and Canada. The original phrase was translated from the French Le Roi est mort. Vive le Roi!, which was first declared upon the coronation of Charles VII following the death of his father Charles VI in 1422. In France, the declaration was traditionally made by the Duc d'Uzès, a senior Peer of France, as soon as the coffin containing the remains of the previous king descended into the vault of Saint Denis Basilica. The phrase arose from the law of le mort saisit le vif—that the transfer of sovereignty occurs instantaneously upon the moment of death of the previous monarch.

Re: Nations.....

Amid ongoing reports of people marrying fish, hamsters, siamese cats, pitbulls, dragonflies, meal worms, and other animals, the Free Land of A Bazillion Choices is celebrating being one of the most liberal nations in the world:

A Bazillion Choices is ranked 2nd in the region and 349th in the world for Most Liberal Nations.

YAY.
