Wow a thread just for me. Thank you so much for your concern Steve, I am so touched and thank you for your get well soons.

As I explained by email today I have had a touch of pneumonia and the drug cocktail they have me on is knocking me for six. It is time for my meds now so will be asleep in ten minutes but not ready to pop my clogs yet.

However I am well enough now to sit at the computer, so sorry gang you will have to listen to me droning on again!!

Yes I had the cable problem, a whole week without internet access .... there are still claw marks on the ceiling.

That happened to me once, and it was a business BT package. They were not remotely interested in fixing my problem, and could not care less that it was costing me clients. Result..? I found another provider. However, I do find the bigger the company, the more pish their service is.
