Re: Michael Jackson, villain or victim?
I agree 100%, Star...
Where the heck were the parents during all this???
Also, I find it rather disgusting that his fans are allowed to gather outside the courtroom, and that he is blowing kisses and waving to them like this is all a game. Its all a display - a display of power, popularity, and wealth. Its also form of subtle intimidation..."Look at how many people are behind me. How many are supporting you? You'd best give up, kid..."
Bah, celebrities...

Words of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba from his Biography: "My Mission is to grant you Courage and Joy, to drive away Weakness and Fear. Do not condemn yourselves as sinners; sin is a misnomer for what are really errors, provided you repent sincerely and resolve not to follow Evil again. Pray to the Lord to give you the strength to overcome the habits which had enticed you when you were ignorant."

Re: Michael Jackson, villain or victim?
It is all a game.
Just like him marrying Lisa Marie. And these children of his that are white though he once had an afro and a wide nose. And the girl who passed out in front of Tito's SUV to show her support for Michael. In LA, image is everything. Any indication of humanity and the beasts are all over you - and that is exactly what Michael Jackson plays on. He gives you the impression that he is a man exploring the innocence of the childhood he missed out on and then he's paying women to become artificially inseminated incubators. This lady Debbie Rowe is not even allowed to see the children and has signed over all parental rights to Michael and his band of nannys. I totally agree -There is no way I would have let my children be alone with Michael Jackson.

I have to admit my admiration for the genius of the man, which seemed to culminate with his 1983 Album "Thriller". But then, the warning signs displayed there should have been looked into. I think part of his behavior is our fault as well...we encouraged it by buying what he was selling. We put him upon a pedestal. When he put out the album "Leave me alone", we should have complied...

Re: Michael Jackson, villain or victim?
On other forums were i post, against the majority ive defended michael jackson, + shall do so once again.
Firstley if he is giulty of child abuse then He obviously a selffish + horrible man, so i cannot defeand him.
But untill then i can + will defeand the kinda person he is.
Hes not wierd at all, does anyone know what kinda damage that lable does to someone?
He loves kids, whats wrong in that? i love kids + play with them, it does not mean i want to have sex with them!
The way he danggled his child out the window? IT WAS AN ACCIDENT!
About the court case? rarley if ever do court cases get to the truth, as the majority of hearings are somehow corrupted + i know they coz ive been involved in some + it was all lies ect that was believed.
Soory to be so blunt, but its the truth!

Hello Steven, and welcome to CR!
In the United States, everyone is innocent until and Unless proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt.
Lately there have been issues brought up in Mr. Jackson's case that might construe reasonable doubt. But we must wait and see. Still, Mr. Jackson with his high profile life, must be careful of shall we say, certain perceptions...because, unfortunately, for many, perception is reality...
If nothing else, Mr. Jackson allowed his naivetee, to cause him trouble, which may be more devastating than any conviction he might or might not receive in a court of law.
I still think he is a genius with music...

Re: Michael Jackson, villain or victim?
It's a dim day for those defending Michael Jackson. A former security guard took the stand and said that he saw Mike kissing the little boys and playing inappropriately with them. A former maid took the stand and said she has seen Mike butt naked with a boy and that he kissed him. She also said that he used to share his bed with that same boy. Whoa. Uyhhh.
Seeing Michael Jackson without makeup has got to be scary - let alone naked. When they were saying that on the stand Catherine Jackson had to leave the courtroom.
On the upside, considering that Michael Jackson has the same lawyer that Robert Blake initially had, he just might get off.

The BBC did, however, add that the guy had been dismissed from his job for stealing from Jackson - and apparently had to declare bankruptcy after being unable to pay his legal costs resulting from that. Not someone to have a grudge.
