Message box too large for my screen
I hope this thread belong here.
I didn't have this trouble before, but now the message box is too large for my 14" screen, so that I have to push the box right and left in order to read the lines. The trouble is solved by changing to the printable version; but then I would miss the facilities available in the normal mode. Anyone here, please help me to bring the back the message box to a size that will be within the screen width of my monitor. Susma Rio Sep (aka Pachomius2000) |

Re: Message box too large for my screen
I'll take a look at trying to make the messagebox dimesions fluid - but I'll have to leave it a little while as I'm immensely busy at the moment, and this will likely involve a lot of messing about. If you can remind myself again in a couple of weeks I should hopefully have the time to address it properly. For the moment, moving the board from fixed to fluid properties would be something of a pain while already under tight deadlines.

Re: Message box too large for my screen
Brian,
I have another problem. I can see I'm on line but every time when I try to send my reply to a thread, I've found myself out to the logging acces. Did I do something wrong ? Alexa |

Re: Message box too large for my screen
that's an odd sounding problem - do you know if your browser/PC is purposefully restricting cookie use? I know that if I log on and then stay online too log, I'm automatically logged off - which can be a pain when trying to send a post.

Re: Message box too large for my screen
Brian,
I really don't understand what happens. When I hope my message will pass, I'm out to re-logg and when I write just to test, my message passes. I agree, this is odd.I didn't know you are logged off after a while. I'll try to survey my presence. Difficult to do it, when you have a lot of messages to read. My e-mail defaut program has been causing me problems again. I'll try to fix it. I have no idea about the cookis, so I have to check it, too. Thanks a lot, Alexa |

Use a smaller text font.

But it would certainly be good to read the text in large font and still have the lines wrap around at the right edge of the box with the box within the monitor screen. Thanks, Brian, for your concern to make this forum an easy and user-friendly experience for us all, even though sometimes some here might prove to be hard to please or inclined not to cooperate.
