Re: Knowledge.........you all have it

What if you have a sort of "religion" and you don't call it he? Heck you don't even call it her, you call it. it. OR better yet! You call it, is!... *chuckles*

I don't know about everyone else, I'm just making it up as I go along.

Not to butt in, but the propensity to create is a masculine trait.

People lie, so honesty begins with being honest with myself. I accept the freedom and awkwardness of not knowing. Honesty within brings honesty without and potential long term profits both financial and otherwise. I know that when I lie to other people, I tend to accept lies myself. That's proven psychology. I try not to assume that a promising idea is proven. I won't let anyone hypnotize me or shout me down. I don't assume that I am more important than I appear to be in the grand scheme of things. I don't rule out the mystical, but I don't pay money for it either.

Truth is when you make sacrifices to accomplish a goal, when you get what you pay for, and when you know someone that knows you. How's that?

oh, my.

so the little grunt, grunt pffftttt is creation??

Give me a break, the females of this world have been doing all the creation of life for quite a while.

I'm sure you rolled over and had a cigarette after that statement!

And if you think you can make a fridge full of leftovers taste so good...

Back to the name. G!d, the almighty, the creator, the universe, spirit, I don't think really cares what you name you use, she, he, or it are all acceptable, just don't say them all at once.

Cut and pasted directly from my brain...although I cannot take credit for everything that went in there.

Re: Knowledge.........you all have it

I don't know if you could call either men or women creative. The mind of a baby constructs itself, and its body does too. A dad may give definition both socially and physically but has no basic nurturing capability. The mom nurtures, but she has no control over whether its a boy or girl. What is creation?

Re: Knowledge.........you all have it

I thought he said the PROPENSITY to create. Defined as "An innate inclination". Man as the driving force (ouch, bad pun coming on)

So a male god would have a driving need to create everything, but then just kindof leave it running?
A female god would tend to feel its a good idea to create everything then nurture it to its best result?
It almost works as a way to decide the whole thing once and for all depending on how you feel things have been going.

Re: Knowledge.........you all have it

I'm not qualified to comment on that, gp; but there are fantastic resources available now (50 year studies completed within in the last 20 years) that explain how a person's mind develops with a very helpful amount of detail. Its very cool stuff, child development.
