Judges 11:40?

What is the name of the custom(feast, etc) mentioned in Judges 11:39-40,that the daughters of Israel went 4 times a year to commemorate, concerning the daughter of Jephthah?

Re: Judges 11:40?

It wasn't four times a year, but four days a year, and it's something that does not happen. It's a specific thing that four days out of the year the daughters of Israel would go out and lament for Jephthah, that is the event. It is its own thing. I read a renewal, a progressive Jewish article suggesting this practice be revived. I think it was by a feminist and she wanted it to have a feminist twist to it. I don't quite remember.
