Re: Happy New Year

*the :kitty: chorus enters stage right, tunes up, then breaks into a heartrending rendition of Auld Lang Sine. Everybody's eyes fill with tears, some sobbing at the sheer beauty of the :kitty:s' performance, especially the little dilute calico's haunting descant. The :kitty:s quietly exit stage right and head to their Feline Feast party, complete with catnip toys and catnip scented party favors. They are quickly joined by the rest of the :kitty: delegation*

Re: Happy New Year

Mmmm ....... an interlude of memory...........

Remember long ago, at an interview for a new "job", and my employer asked me the question,
" What is it you wish from life?"

And I said,
"To be happy."

Why not.

Realising this life still lived in all possibility, I got the job.

So once more, Happy New Year.

And, why not............
