I -knew- I wasn't seeing things! Not sure on the "stance" of adverts but I have now seen it on here and on the thread "I submit this to the board!"

Re: Greetings...

Forgive me Alex but am I the only one that feels as though they are watching someone laughing like a maniac while ripping their clothes off and running headlong toward a cliff edge?

I am having visions of Reginald Perry and it's worrying me.

Re: Greetings...

Well as long as you are able to let me know then I shall be happy, I don't want to find your clothes on a beach and be left wondering if you have gone for a long swim.

Oops that should have been Reginald Perin, not Perry ... silly me

Haha, don't worry about that!! Alex will be fine and happy! I did that years ago--the ripping off of the clothes and all--and I turned out okay. Right? Look at me! I'm a paragon of well-adjustedness!!

Sure, it was embarassing for a while there--being naked while tripping always is, in hindsight--but...

oop.

I've said too much.

Carry on...

Had to google this guy to find out who he is/was. Sounds like a reasonable man to me:

BBC - Comedy - The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin

For the third, less successful series, he abandoned wage-slavery again, this time setting up a commune for his former co-workers.
I don't know about Alex, but I can draw some parallels to my own life there.

Re: Greetings...

There is no embarassed.... *he says, knowingly as he bends a spoon.*

To "strip" of your "clothing" to become "naked" "open" What is there to hide? What has been concealed...? You are you, no secrets, nothing hidden take me as you find me... Would you be embarassed by that, if so, then that could be odd...
