Large ocean sunfish are my faves ! But that's no surprise here...huh ?
Just got back from cruising the seven seas. Good to be on dry land again...even though breathing is a little more difficult here than when the water is flowing past my gills flow.... ![]() |

Fatal, if you’re a fish with a bad attitude.
In my ignorant youth (as opposed to my ignorant middle age) my father and I had a Zebra Lionfish in our aquarium. It was the most elegant creature in there and when some frantic fish went racing past it, the Lionfish quickly put its poisonous spines down because it recognised that it was simply in the way of some impatient creature, rather than being attacked. But should a fish be so foolhardy as to pick a fight with the beauty… s. |
