Exodus 4:24-26

I wouldd like to ask anybody who is versed in Hebrew to tell me what the Hebrew translation of this txt is.

At a lodging place on the way, the Lord met Moses and was about to kill him. But Zipporahtook a flint knife , cut off her son's forskin and touched Moses' feet with it. " Surely you are a bridegroom of blood to me," she said. So the Lord let him alone. ( At that time she said "bridegroom of blood", referring to circumcision)

This is how it appears in the NIV version. I wonder if in Hebrew these parenthesis appear and if so why?

In the NKJV it reads : " Surely you are a husband of blood to me".

I'm curious as to the meaning of bridegroom in this context. What did bridegroom mean in those days to the Jewish people and in the old Hebrew language especially.

I don't know Hebrew well enough to help you, but this is a Jewish translation with an important Jewish commentator. It might be helpful when reviewing this to begin some verses earlier in order to get the context and the way Rashi understands the context:
