Hi everybody!

Please send InLove some White Light. It is a two-step porcess. First, take yourself down to Alpha Level, Then, send her some White Light, using the visualizing technique. (Visualize her body, not your own.) These techniques are from the book, Are You Psychic?

HOW TO GO TO ALPHA

Make yourself comfortable.
Sit with your back straight, and feet together on the floor.
Cross your index and second finger and touch them to your thumb as a trigger mechanism.
Elevate your head slightly and look at the ceiling at a 45 degree angle.
Visualize the number 5 - five sticks, five lines, the numeral five, or whatever represents the number five to you.
The number five - see the number five - the number is five - picture the number five.
When your eyes begin to get the least bit strained and tired, allow them to go closed and picture the number four. Picture the number four, whatever represents the number four to you, see the four, the number is four.
Now see the number three, picture the number three, whatever represents the number three to you.
(At the count of one, you will be at the Alpha state. It is a healthy state of mind. It is a state of mind where you are the most receptive and the most creative.) See the three. Visualize the three, the number is three.
The number is two. Picture the two, whatever represents two to you. See the two, the number is two.
See the one. Picture the one, the number is one. Visualize the one.
You are now at the Alpha level. It is a happy state of mind. It is a healthy state of mind. It is the state of mind where you are the most receptive and the most creative. It is the state of mind where you can endeavor to do the greatest amount of good for mankind, being limited only by subjecting yourself to the cardinal rule of what is in the best interest of all involved.
I want you to go to your favorite place. It is a place, either real or fictional, where you can be totally relaxed and at peace with yourself.
You are now at your favorite place. See the scenery, feel the textures, hear the sounds, and smell the smells. Enjoy yourself, experience your surroundings and relax. Take about 30 seconds to enjoy your favorite place....
Remembering that you can always return to your favorite place whenever you so desire, or whenever you need retreat, or need a place of relaxation, come back with me to the Beta level of consciousness by picturing the number one. See the number one, picture the number one. The number is one.
The number is two, see the two, the number is two, visualize the two.
The number is three, see the three, picture the three, visualize the three. At the count of five you will be wide awake, mentally alert, better than before.
The number is four, picture the number four, visualize the number four.
In your mind, recreate the room around you. See the speaker, the members of the audience, and the walls and the floor of the room.
The number is five, you are wide awake, feeling fine, better than before.

WHITE LIGHT

Q: Please explain how to use the White Light technique.

A: Visualize a large, solid beam of intense light above your head. See it descending into the top of your head. Your scalp may begin to tingle with the energy.

Feel the warmth as it flows into your forehead and covers the eyebrows. Feel it filling warmly behind the eyes and into your nose. Feel it filling your entire face, your ears, your mouth, your jaws and your chin. Your entire head is now filled with warm, swirling, healing, energizing white light. See it - Feel it - Experience it!

It is now descending into your neck, your shoulders, down your arms and the warm tingle extends to your fingertips. The swirling, energizing warmth fills your chest, your back, and your upper torso. Experience it descending into your hips, your upper legs, your calves, and your ankles.

Your heels, your arches, and the balls of your feet are now experiencing the warmth and tingling energy. Feel it entering and flowing through your toes and see it shooting out about three feet beyond. The white shaft of light is now entering you head, flowing with a warm swirling motion thorough your entire body, and extending from you toes. See it - Feel it - Experience it!
Now, cross your feet, creating a closed vessel. Turn the light into a warm, swirling liquid and see your feet beginning to fill. Feel it filling up over your ankles, up your legs, your calves, and your knees. Experience the swirling, white, liquid warmth filling your thighs, your hips, and your waist. Your upper torso, your chest, and your shoulders are filling with the warm, swirling, white liquid which overflows down the arms into the hands and fingers.

Your body is now entirely filled with the white, energizing, white liquid . It continues to fill, faster and faster, into your neck, your jaw, your ears, mouth and nose. See it swirling and filling past your nose, eyes, eyebrow, and forehead. Now see your body as being completely filled from toe to head. See the white liquid overflowing and spilling up and outward like a huge mountain. You are now filled with the warm, healthy white light energy.

There is no difference between White Light and God's Love. It is just different terminology for different people. You draw it in from above, and you can dispense it as you wish. You gain benefit from it for yourself, too.
