Any Religious Leaders here?

Priests, Reverends, Pastors, and Clerics? Of any religion? The reason I ask is because I want to know what it takes to assume those types of positions within a community. I also just want to ask some basic questions about becoming a part of the religious leadership in a church or temple. I'm also looking for personal stories about being apart of the leadership for your community.
